5min - 16mm film - Shot during an art residency at the Shakirail in Paris.
After drawing empty spaces present inside the body, an "anti-anatomy" based on the search of gaps between organs, I cooked these shapes out of rice flour and ate them as part of a slow ingestion ritual.
I filled my body with these gaps before they got dissolved inside again. The shapes of inner emptiness are carved in soil, reflecting a belief in non-separation of different bodies of matter.
The constant effort to filling gaps is in vain. If it was to succeed, it would only draw a map of the non breathing body.
